1. Brief
Every project or event is different so we like to begin with a brief that helps us to understand some critical factors:
- What outcomes are are aiming to achieve with the event you plan attending or with your display?
- What is the venue, the location and the booth orientation you have selected?
- Last but not least, what is your budget constraints?
2. Design
Now comes the fun part. Using your requirements we put pen to paper and begin designing a stand or display that’s eye-catching.
Once we have done some fine tuning and have your approval we are ready to move onto planning and execution.
3. Planning
During the planning stage, we provide you with regular progress updates during the construction.
We value your input and the graphics we prepare are based on the artwork you provide to us.
4. Logistics
When bump in becomes close, we will take care of all the logistics aspects, leveraging our knowledge of the different venues we have worked with before.
5. Installation
During bump in, we will make sure your stand is built to specs and will do a handover with you. We can also attend the beginning of the exhibition to assist you with the setup.
6. The Event
At the end of the show, we will take care of the bump out logistics. We can dispose of you stand or even store it if you wish.
7. Feedback
Your feedback is the most important part. Each customer is different and we aim to provide a customised service and experience that will hopefully help you to consider us for your next show or event.

- Last but not least, what’s your budget constraints?
